With over 18 years of global risk and compliance experience, he specialises in leveraging technology and data science to address AML, CFT, TBML, sanctions, and transnational crime risks. Andrew Chow is a senior legal and compliance leader with extensive experience across global financial institutions in Singapore and Asia. A qualified Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore and an Attorney-at-Law in New York, he has held senior leadership roles at Citibank, Nomura, BNP Paribas, and Standard Chartered, establishing regional compliance, legal, and AML functions and advising regulators on complex supervisory issues.
