The Investment Accelerator Programme (IAP) is specially designed to benefit university students and recent graduates preparing for a career in finance and investment management. This programme aims to equip participants with fundamental knowledge about investments and asset management, helping them gain an edge in securing attractive internships and careers with banks, asset managers, wealth managers as well as other financial organisations.

Industry-recognised Credential
The curriculum was developed in close collaboration with a team of industry experts in asset and wealth management, and mapped to the Skills Framework for Financial Services (SFwFS) jointly developed by the MAS, IBF, SkillsFuture Singapore, Workforce Singapore and industry.
The CFI is accredited by IBF under the SFwFS.
Industry Networking and Career Talks
Participants of IAP will be invited to networking events which WMI will conduct in collaboration with leading financial institutions to expose students to attractive career opportunities in the sector.
Career Advisory Services
Graduates from IAP may tap on career advisory services by IBF.
The IBF serves as an integrated service provider to boost opportunities for Singaporeans and finance professionals to access jobs and training programmes to deepen their capabilities in the financial services sector.

#WMI Study Award:
In a collaborative effort with MAS and IBF to bridge the talent gap in the financial sector, this award will provide specific learner groups support to develop requisite skills and competencies for pivoting their careers towards these areas of demand.
The WMI Study Award Committee will assess the following:
IBF-STS subsidy:
This programme is accredited by the IBF. Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (below 40 years old), and physically based in Singapore will enjoy funding subsidy of 50% upon successful completion of the programme.

Payment
In addition to Course Fees, each participant will also be charged a non-refundable and non-claimable application fee of S$85 (including GST).
This programme is pending accreditation by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). When accredited, Singaporeans and Permanent Residents will be eligible for funding support of up to 70% course fee subsidy under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS).
Fees shown are after IBF-STS funding. Subsidised fees apply upon participants’ successful completion of the programme, which includes (i) fulfilling minimum attendance requirements and (ii) passing all relevant assessments.
