The Leading Asian Families programme is a by-invite only 3-day programme which aims to provide leading insights through a structured and practical learning journey. The programme explores the psychological dimensions of wealth and aims to address the unique needs and pathways for wealth owners and increasingly globalised families in establishing their blueprint for managing private wealth through generations.
Designed for Families of Wealth, the programme comprises of 5 distinct modules covering topics spanning across family office governance structures, responsible wealth, investment strategies, as well as the various frameworks to help families meet their long-term objectives including wealth transition across generations. Participants will explore key learnings from families such as the Lee Kum Kee Family and Shanda Family Office and will be equipped with knowledge and insights to enable them to develop their unique action plan for their families.
The programme also aims to help families better understand performance drivers in both public and private markets and develop effective multi-asset strategies to achieve their investment objective.

Professor Denise Kenyon-Rouvinez, Principal Programme Director
Professor Denise is the former director of the Global Family Business Centre at the International Institute forManagement Development (IMD) in Switzerland, where she launched and ran their global family officeprogramme and served as The Wild Group Professor of Family Business. She is appointed Temasek Fellow at WMI and she is also a regular speaker around the world including at the World Economic Forum as a member of its Expert Network.
Dr Aaron Low, Chief Executive Officer, LUMIQ
Dr Aaron Low is a founding WMI faculty and Board member. He is CEO of LUMIQ and Principal at Lumen Advisors. Previously, he was Head of Asia ex-Japan at PIMCO, and was also head of Asia at Rosenberg
Capital Management and Allianz GI. He was also the global Chairman of the Board of Governors of the CFA Institute, and a Board Member of the Government of Singapore Pension Fund, as well as many other
leading organisations. Aaron possesses a PhD from UCLA and has taught at many leading universities around Asia.

This programme is accredited by The Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (STS).
Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for funding support of up to 70% of direct training cost under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS). Singapore Citizens aged 40 years old and above will be eligible for 70% co-funding of direct training costs.
Enrolment into the Leading Asian Families Programme by 31 July 2024 entitles you to a ticket to the Global-Asia Family Office Summit 2024 happening in September 2024 worth $1,500.
In addition to Course Fees, each participant will also be charged a non-refundable and non-claimable application fee of S$85 (including GST).
This programme is pending accreditation by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). When accredited, Singaporeans and Permanent Residents will be eligible for funding support of up to 70% course fee subsidy under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS).
Fees shown are after IBF-STS funding. Subsidised fees apply upon participants’ successful completion of the programme, which includes (i) fulfilling minimum attendance requirements and (ii) passing all relevant assessments.
