Upon successful completion of this programme, participants will be able to:


  • Analyse and Interpret the Digital Asset Ecosystem: Gain a deep understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including the technology foundation, market dynamics, and the spectrum of digital asset classes. Participants will be equipped to assess the implications of emerging trends and innovations within the global digital asset landscape.
  • Strategise and Manage Digital Asset Investments: Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies for digital assets, utilising advanced portfolio management techniques. This includes the ability to assess and mitigate investment risks, achieve diversification, and comply with regulatory standards across jurisdictions.
  • Navigate Regulatory and Compliance Challenges: Understand and articulate the evolving regulatory environment governing digital assets globally. Participants will learn to navigate legal and compliance issues, including anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and regulatory compliance requirements specific to digital assets.
  • Risk Management and Considerations: Equip participants with the tools and knowledge to identify, assess, and manage the unique risks associated with digital assets. This includes understanding the risk considerations and ensuring robust risk management practices that align with both industry standards and regulatory expectations.

Participants who successfully complete the programme will be awarded: 



This programme is accredited by The Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for enhanced funding support of up to 70% course fee subsidy under the IBF Standard Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met.


Participants are advised to assess the suitability of the course and its relevance to his/her business activities or job roles.


The IBF-STS is available to eligible entities and individuals based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. IBF-STS provides up to 70% course fee subsidy support for direct training costs subject to a cap of S3,000 per candidate per course subject to all eligibility criteria being met.

  • Awarded the WMI Certificate in Digital Assets Strategies, Risks & Regulations

  • Awarded the WMI Digital Assets – Regulatory & Compliance

This course addresses the following Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs) and proficiency level:
Portfolio and Investment Risk Management (PL4)
Regulatory and Legal Advisory (PL3)

You can apply for IBF Certification after fulfilling the required number of Technical Skills and Competencies (TSCs) for the selected job role.
