Mr Lim Chow Kiat
Chief Executive Officer
Lim Chow Kiat was appointed Chief Executive Officer in January 2017. He was previously Group Chief Investment Officer of GIC and Deputy Group President. He joined GIC as a portfolio manager upon university graduation in 1993 and subsequently rose to head the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodities Department. He was President, GIC Europe in 2009, overseeing investments and relationships in Europe, Africa and the Middle East before his appointment as President of GIC Asset Management in 2011. Mr Lim is the Chairman of Wealth Management Institute and serves on the boards of Nanyang Technological University, National Research Foundation, Enterprise Singapore and FCLTGlobal. He is also a member of Agence France Trésor’s Strategic Committee and the International Business Council.
Mr Lim holds a Bachelor’s degree (First Class Honours) in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University.
Ms Png Chin Yee
Deputy Chief Financial Officer and
Head of Financial Services
Ms Png Chin Yee joined Temasek in July 2011 and is currently Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head, Financial Services. Her prior roles in Temasek include Senior Managing Director, China and Senior Managing Director, Portfolio Strategy and Risk Group.
Prior to joining Temasek, Ms. Png was Managing Director with UBS AG where she was Joint Head of the Financial Institutions Group in the Investment Bank for Asia.
Ms. Png holds a Bachelor of Accountancy with 1st class honours from the Nanyang Technological University.
Ms Jacqueline Loh

Ms Jacqueline Loh Wai Yin is the Deputy Managing Director for Markets and Development in MAS. She oversees the Markets and Investment, Development and International, as well as the FinTech and Innovation Groups.
Jacqueline joined the MAS in 1987. She has experience in several functions across MAS, including overseeing the Finance, Information Technology and Risk Group from 1 April 2010 to 31 January 2012. Prior to her current appointment, Jacqueline was Assistant Managing Director, in charge of the Prudential Policy, Macroprudential Surveillance and Specialist Risk Supervision Group. Between 1990 and 1994, Jacqueline worked in MAS’ New York Office.
Jacqueline graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington in 1986. She is a Member of the Executive Committee of the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office and the Institute of Banking & Finance Council. Jacqueline serves on the HDB Board and the Board of Governors of the Wealth Management Institute. Jacqueline is also a Member of the Board of Trustees of pension savings schemes in a couple of Ministries and is a Director at Infrastructure Asia.
Jacqueline was awarded the Public Administration (Silver) Medal in August 2010 and Public Administration (Gold) Medal in 2018.
Mr Edmund Koh

Edmund Koh, a Singaporean, joined UBS in February 2012 as Group Managing Director, heading the UBS Wealth Management South East Asia and Asia Pacific Hub . He became a member of the GEB and was appointed President UBS Asia Pacific of UBS Group AG and UBS AG in January 2019. He was also Head Wealth Management Asia Pacific from 2016 - 2018 as well as Country Head Singapore from 2012 - February 2019.
Edmund oversees all the businesses across 13 locations in Asia Pacific and meets with key regulators and government officials regularly to exchange views on market and geopolitical development, and financial markets opening and policies. He has been invited to speak in various forums including the Institute of International Finance membership meeting.
Edmund is a strong advocate of talent management and community involvement. He launched the UBS Youth Finance Academy in 2014 to build the talent pipeline for Singapore's financial industry and led and advocated 17 projects across Asia Pacific under the UBS COVID-19 Relief Funds of USD 30 million by UBS Group.
Edmund has more than 30 years' experience in senior roles in financial services. Prior to UBS, he was at Taiwan-based Ta Chong Bank where he served as President and Director from 2008 to 2011. From 2001 to 2008, he was Managing Director and Regional Head, Consumer Banking of DBS Bank in Singapore. In 2001, he became CEO of Alverdine Bank; two years earlier he held the same position for Prudential Assurance, both companies based in Singapore. He was also named Distinguished Fellow by The Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore in 2017.
Edmund holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, Canada.
Dr Sung Cheng Chih

Avanda Investment Management
Cheng Chih joined the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) in 1993 and retired as Managing Director and Chief Risk Officer in 2011. In late 2014, Cheng Chih co- founded Avanda Investment Management, a global asset management company based in Singapore, along with long-time GIC colleagues Ng Kok Song and Quah Wee Ghee. With assets under management of over US$7 billion, Avanda strives to serve the investment needs of long-term asset owners by providing global multi-asset investment solutions and Asia-centric investment strategies.
Outside of Avanda, Cheng Chih is currently serving as investment advisor to the Singapore Ministry of Finance, the Monetary Authority of Singapore, the Ministry of Finance in Norway and the Bank of Thailand and as board member of the MIT Investment Management Company, the MIT Golub Center for Finance and Policy, and the Wealth Management Institute Limited. In addition, he is serving on the CareShield Life Council in Singapore. Cheng Chih studied mathematics at the University of Waterloo where he received his BMath and MMath degrees. He obtained his PhD in mathematics from the University of Minnesota.
Ms Foo Mee Har

Ms Foo Mee Har is appointed the Chief Executive Officer of the Wealth Management Institute since June 2015. She was previously with Standard Chartered Bank for 19 years, during which she held a number of senior positions across the Group. Her appointments at Standard Chartered Bank include Global Head for Priority Banking & International Banking covering 30 markets in Asia, Middle East and Africa; President & CEO of Standard Chartered Bank Thailand; as well as Country Head of Consumer Banking China. Ms Foo started her career as a Management Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultants. Ms Foo is also a Member of Parliament, Singapore since 2011. She is the Vice Chairman of the Government Parliamentary Committee of Finance and Trade and Industry. She also serves as a member of the Government Parliamentary Committee of Education. She is a Council Member of Singapore Business Federation.
Ms Foo graduated with a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours) degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a major in Occupational Psychology.
