These IBF-STS accredited fully online modules promote a paradigm shift towards a “conduct culture” instead of a “compliance culture”. Co-developed with the CFA Institute, the learner will gain valuable insights on how to resolve challenging ethical dilemmas using their Ethical Decision-Making Framework.

Who Should Attend

The Level 1 programme is designed for professionals with less than 3 years of experience in Private Banking (or serving the HNW client segment):

Client Advisors, Relationship Managers, Assistant Relationship Managers and all other Covered Persons
Private Client Relationship Managers, Senior Priority Relationship Managers in Consumer or Retail Banking
Insurance Advisors, Financial Consultants and Independent Financial Advisors
Product and Investment Specialists

New entrants and mid-career switch professionals should complete the CACS assessment before starting with the Level 1 programme.

The Level 2 programme is designed for professionals with 3 years or more of experience in Private Banking (or serving the HNW client segment).
