Programme Overview

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the financial services industry across wealth management, asset management, risk management, compliance and financial crime prevention. As organisations accelerate AI adoption, professionals must develop the capabilities to apply AI effectively, responsibly and in alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.

The Advanced Certificate in AI Applications for Wealth, Asset and AML Management is a stackable credential designed for professionals seeking a comprehensive understanding of how AI can be applied across front-office, investment, risk and compliance functions. The programme integrates learning from three specialised courses, enabling participants to develop practical AI knowledge across the wealth, asset and AML domains.

The pathway combines technical AI concepts with real-world applications, governance considerations and implementation frameworks relevant to the financial services sector. The focus is on equipping participants to identify opportunities for AI adoption, evaluate associated risks, and drive responsible implementation within their organisations.

Through case studies, practical exercises and industry examples, participants will gain exposure to AI applications across client advisory, portfolio management, investment processes, customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, financial crime detection and enterprise risk management. Participants will also develop an appreciation of the ethical, governance and regulatory considerations associated with AI deployment.

Upon successful completion of all three constituent programmes, participants will be awarded the Advanced Certificate in AI Applications for Wealth, Asset and AML Management.
