Programme Overview

This programme provides an overview of the context of impact investing. Impact investing has the key goal of generating positive, measurable social and environmental impact alongside a financial return. Explore the key drivers of the impact market, and differences between ESG and impact investing, and understand and explain key impact measurement concepts, principles, frameworks, and practices. The programme will require participants to put impact investing techniques into practice and explain them to stakeholders through research.

At the end of the programme, the participants will be able to:

Understand how impact investing affects the economy, and how it differs from ESG.
Explain impact measurement trends and developments to stakeholders.
Research and support the impact measurement and reporting process.

This programme is accredited under Certificate in Foundations of Impact Investing (TGS-2023021195) by The Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are eligible for enhanced funding support of up to 70% course fee subsidy under the IBF Standard Training Scheme (IBF-STS).
