The Principles of Wealth Management (PWM) provides a comprehensive understanding of the wealth management needs of high-net-worth (HNW) clients with specific reference to best-in-class practices employed in the industry in Singapore, where wealth management is a fast-growing and vibrant industry. A fundamental grounding of the key elements required for becoming a qualified and competent wealth manager servicing HNW clients in Singapore will be achieved at the completion of this programme.
PWM consist of four one-day modules. Each module covers a different set of knowledge and skills and can be taken on its own without the need to take the rest.
This one-day module provides the foundational knowledge for a covered person in Private Banking to understand the obligations and regulatory requirements.

This one-day module provides the foundational knowledge for a covered person in Private Banking to understand the key features of products specific to key asset classes used to construct portfolios that achieve client wealth management objectives.

Individuals who are serving high-net-worth clients in a wealth management, financial or insurance advisory role.
PWM can also aid those planning to take CACS. While PWM draws reference to a number of topics covered in CACS, it is not designed as a CACS preparation course. The aim is to gain more knowledge and understanding across the five modules of topics covered.

This programme is pending accreditation by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). When accredited, Singaporeans and Permanent Residents will be eligible for funding support of up to 70% course fee subsidy under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS).
Fees shown are after IBF-STS funding. Subsidised fees apply upon participants’ successful completion of the programme, which includes (i) fulfilling minimum attendance requirements and (ii) passing all relevant assessments.
