Level 3 has three modules designed for individuals in a senior client advisory role managing affluent to high-net-worth clients. Together, they impart knowledge and applied skills in client management, investment and business planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, environment analysis and ethical oversight.
Level 3 encourages the adoption of a business owner mindset when managing clients and shows how this will this entrepreneurial approach will lead to greater ownership and higher sustainable success.
Completion of Priority & Retail Banking Certified Adviser (PRCA) Level 2 is not a pre-requisite for taking Level 3. Prior completion of Level 2 will allow an exemption of two days from Level 3’s total of four days.
Individuals who complete Level 3 and wish to be certified under Private Banking will be eligible for exemption from selected modules of WMI’s Certified Private Banker Level 1 programme.
This unique portability translates to significant cost and time savings and supports lifelong learning.
Each module can be taken on its own. This gives you the flexibility to complete them in different ways to fit your schedule, meet required hours or achieve IBF certification. For modules with online learning, the online component must be completed before the class to equip you with the necessary knowledge for the class as well as the assessment.

This session motivates and upskills client advisors to develop a business owner mindset and an entrepreneurial drive.
Critical skills, such as developing a business plan, effective management of internal or external stakeholders and understanding the risk, regulations and ethics governing client engagement and recommendations will be imparted in this session.
By seeing their role, their portfolio and client relationships through the lens of a business owner, the individual will develop a longer-term perspective, which will lead to growth and sustainability.

Accreditation
The courses have been accredited under the Skills Framework for Financial Services and is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met.
Participants are advised to assess the suitability of the course and its relevance to his/her business activities or job roles.
The IBF-STS is available to eligible entities and individuals based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. IBF-STS provides up to 70% course fee subsidy support for direct training costs subject to a cap of $3,000 per candidate per course subject to all eligibility criteria being met.
