Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the financial services industry across wealth management, asset management, risk management, compliance and financial crime prevention. As organisations accelerate AI adoption, professionals must develop the capabilities to apply AI effectively, responsibly and in alignment with evolving regulatory expectations.
The Advanced Certificate in AI Applications for Wealth, Asset and AML Management is a stackable credential designed for professionals seeking a comprehensive understanding of how AI can be applied across front-office, investment, risk and compliance functions. The programme integrates learning from three specialised courses, enabling participants to develop practical AI knowledge across the wealth, asset and AML domains.Â
The pathway combines technical AI concepts with real-world applications, governance considerations and implementation frameworks relevant to the financial services sector. The focus is on equipping participants to identify opportunities for AI adoption, evaluate associated risks, and drive responsible implementation within their organisations.
Through case studies, practical exercises and industry examples, participants will gain exposure to AI applications across client advisory, portfolio management, investment processes, customer onboarding, transaction monitoring, financial crime detection and enterprise risk management. Participants will also develop an appreciation of the ethical, governance and regulatory considerations associated with AI deployment.
Upon successful completion of all three constituent programmes, participants will be awarded the Advanced Certificate in AI Applications for Wealth, Asset and AML Management.
AI Applications in Wealth Management
This course empowers wealth managers to integrate AI tools into client advisory and engagement process. Participants will deep dive into how Agentic AI empowers wealth managers to understand customer needs, provide personalised advices and spot any red flags in relations. Participants will learn how to gather relevant data and deploy AI-powered solutions for enhanced client engagement.

The course also examines the risks associated with AI adoption, including ethical and conduct considerations, and guides participants in monitoring, mitigating, and evaluating these risks. Through practical frameworks, learners will be equipped to implement ethical principles and resolve dilemmas with sound judgment in a fast-evolving digital wealth management and client advisory landscape.

AI Applications for AML and Compliance Risk Management
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionising the practice of risk and compliance within the financial services industry, and it is important that managers can differentiate between types of AI application and apply appropriate solutions to enhance processes and align with regulatory requirements that are becoming increasingly stringent.

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning for Compliance Risk Management bridges the knowledge gap that exists for many risk and compliance leaders and other professionals around AI technology and its application within the management of compliance risks.

The programme also discusses ethical, regulatory, and data privacy considerations when deploying AI solutions. Participants will leave with the knowledge and basic skills to oversee the implementation of responsible AI solutions to address local and global challenges and be able to adopt AI-driven strategies effectively within their respective organisation.

This stackable pathway is designed for Relationship Managers, Investment and Portfolio professionals, and Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Audit professionals who aim to build AI capability spanning client advisory, investment management, and financial crime and compliance risk, and is also suitable for consultants and external advisors supporting financial institutions across these functions.
